ThirdAge have submitted a Development Application (DA) for an over 55’s residential development sitting at the end of Amaroo Avenue, Castle Cove
The proposed development site comprises of two residential lots, located at 12 & 19 Amaroo Avenue. Located directly next to our site is the Castle Cove Golf Club’s clubhouse.
The site consists of two elevated housing allotments with a battle-axe driveway servicing both properties.
When you combine the allotments, the site has an area of approximately 3468m2 and is irregular in shape and directly joins the neighbouring boundary of the Castle Cove Golf Club.
Both allotments feature large family homes that sit close to their boundary lines. The majority of each allotment is covered by unusable and insignificant landscaping.
Thirdi Group is excited to confirm that we are working with Willoughby Council to finalise their vision for our site located on Amaroo Avenue, Castle Cove.
